Suns and Moons

The sun and moon are highly symbolic in all societies, past and present. In some of these pictures I explore the relationship of  the sun and moon with the earth and the sea, while in others I depict the moon or sun in abstract isolation as a pure, simple disc, composed entirely of light or colour.
